SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Your Service

  • - Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1-3 business days* for processing before shipping. 

  • - Processing and shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19, government orders, and the impact to our business. 

  • - Processing and shipping times may also be extended during holidays, vacations, inventory, launches/re-stocks, and promotions. Any delays whether scheduled or unscheduled will be communicated as much as possible on our website. 

  • - We will notify you as soon as your order is processed and ready to ship.

  • - We ship from the State of Maryland on the East Coast of the USA.

  • - Shipping costs are calculated based on the total shipping weight of an order and distance from our location to the delivery address.

  • - We ship our items using USPS and UPS to the United States and U.S. Territories. For both shipping partners, shipping times are typically 1-3 business days once your order has been processed. Occasionally shipping may take 1-5 business days*. 

  • - We will provide you with tracking information once your item ships.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

A Few Short Steps

  • - Products may be returned within 7 days from your delivery date. Please contact us asap at support@urbanarmcandy.com for instructions.

  • - There will be a 20% restocking fee charged to process returns. If you are receiving a refund, this fee will be deducted from that refund. Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • - Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging. They must also be packed well to avoid damages on return. Credits and refunds will be issued after your return is received and inspected.

  • - DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS. If you received a damaged item, you will be asked to send a picture through email. Once verified you may be issued a replacement item, given store credit, or have your payment for that item only refunded on the original form of payment. Our beaded bracelets are not intended for children under 3 years old. 

  • - Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

  • - Refunds once issued can take 1-10 days to show in your bank account depending on your banking institutions processing time. You will receive an email once your refund is sent from us to your bank.

Your Information Is Safe with Us

  • - We at Urban Arm Candy understand that shopping online comes with more than a modicum of trust. We take your trust very seriously and do all we can to protect your personal information. 

  • - Your name, shipping address, phone number, and email are shared with our shipping partner in the pursuit and process of shipping your purchases to you. This information is also used at Urban Arm Candy to process your order. We will never rent or sell your personal information to anyone under any circumstances. 

  • - Your credit card information is encrypted through our website to protect you against fraud. We do not have access to your credit card information at Urban Arm Candy.
